Jennifer is a coffee professional, baker, and business owner based in Dallas, TX. With extensive experience in management and compliance, she is a powerhouse of technical precision and creative problem solving. Her empathy and joyful disposition make her a business owner’s best friend and greatest ally. Jennifer currently holds certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources.
Eric J. Grimm (they/he)
Founder + HR Consultant
Eric is a longtime coffee professional based in Los Angeles, CA. Their focus lies in sales, event logistics, entrepreneurship, and community building. They have multiple industry accolades including three Sprudgies through their work with Glitter Cat Barista and Ghost Town Oats and writes and speaks about Human Resources in Fresh Cup and at Coffee Fest. Eric currently holds certification as an Associate Professional in Human Resources.
